We are welcoming 2022 with a big expansion to our class schedule

From today, the following additions to our already stacked schedule of martial arts and fitness classes (check out the full schedule at https://www.tigermuaythai.com/training-schedule) are active:

Western boxing class: Now running 5 days per week, every Monday-Friday, at 10:30am.

Kickboxing class: now running 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) at 10:30am.

Muay Thai for MMA class: This new class focuses on Muay Thai techniques and strategies specifically for use in MMA competition, and will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am.

BJJ Gi class: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Gi makes a welcome return to our schedule, every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.
