Evening yoga classes added to our training schedule!

Taught by highly experienced yogi Kru Jaroon, our evening yoga classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Great for developing flexibility and isometric strength, this is the perfect way to finish off a day of training!
