Tiger Muay Thai & MMA presents BodyFit. Our weekday 60 minute work hard, play hard programme designed to push our guests even further to achieve their fitness goals quicker and better.
From aerobic style steps, slosh bars, tire rolls and throws, kettle-bells and simple exercises, BodyFit is an easy to follow, structured circuit workout lead by Tiger Muay Thai’s own celebrity fitness guru Ocean Bloom.
Each circuit is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, it’s time to dust yourself off and repeat the programme. Intensity, functionality and variety is the key here with little time between exercises to give you a high cardio endurance work out. It’s perfect for guests looking to shed those extra pounds and build core strength.
BodyFit is for guests of all shapes, sizes and ages. Circuits are completed at your own pace in a fun team like atmosphere to boost confidence as well as stamina.
Join Ocean and friends every Tuesday for an epic journey to Phuket’s iconic Big Buddah statue. Those who conquer the challenging 400m ascent are rewarded with commanding views of South Phuket’s stunning coastline. And don’t forget to pack your sunscreen for Thursday’s session as we take BodyFit to the beach for a morning of sun, sea and stamina at one of Phuket’s world famous beaches.
