Our Bodyfit classes are the perfect addition to any Martial Art you want to learn here at TMT. A whole hour of workout with your own bodyweight every morning, pushes training results to the maximum. Bodyfit is a workout for every fitness level, absolute beginner to advanced athlete. Part of the Bodyfit training here at TMT are the Buddha run, and the Outdoor/Beach workout.
The Buddha run is a 4km long track to one of the most impressive landmarks in Phuket, a 50m Buddha statue, that overlooks Thailand. The Buddha run is not only beautiful, it shows you from week to week your training results, as you time your way up there.
The Outdoor/Beach workout is exactly what it sounds like. A Bodyfit workout on one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. With games, and partner -or group- workouts, the Beach workout is (next to the BBQ Beatdown Party) the best way to meet the people you are training with here at TMT.
The Buddha run as well as the Outdoor/Beach workout take place once a week instead of a regular Bodyfit morning class, and are only a couple of minutes away from TMT. Don’t worry if you don’t have a scooter, TMT takes care of the busses for the whole group.
Working with your own bodyweight, Bodyfit does not require any additional weights. So what you learn here, you can take back home. And once you tried it, you will.
NOTE! The Fitness & Cross-Training Area is closed at 8PM. Only Tiger Muay Thai Official Staff is granted Access after 8PM. Please plan your workouts accordingly. Please replace all equipment after use. Use of equipment outside normal class times is subject to staff discretion. Thank you very much.
