But whatever you call it, the “Boot Camp Fitness program at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp is a big hit as people are flocking to the early morning Monday-Friday classes for the tough training and exercise.

Boot Camp TrainingFrom Aerobic style steps, slosh bars, tire rolls and throws, kettle-bells, simple exercises and more, Fitness instructor Randy Hale pushes his students to raise their heart rates and set their goals high.

Guests participating in the Fitness / Boot Camp program have a high percentage of weight-loss and increased muscle tone after participating in the program for as little as one-week.

Then, after Boot Camp / Fitness Program guests are welcome to join in the weight-lifting and nutriton program with Mr. Thailand competitor, Peter “The Hulk” or join in the Muay Thai training program starting at 8:00 a.m. or grab a Protein or Mung Bean shake @ Tiger Grill and prepare for MMA Program @ 9:00 a.m.
