At Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training Camp, Phuket, Thailand we have the Tiger Grill and Protein Bar. The Tiger Grill offers a full menu of Thai and foreign food at affordable prices including a weekly and monthly meal plan program that can help you save up to 30% on your food costs.
Also included at the Tiger Grill is our protein and fruit shake bar offering a wide variety of Fruit and protein shakes and a selection of drinks to keep our guests maintaining a high amount of protein in their diet to help build muscle and lose fat.
The Tiger Grill’s Monthly / Weekly meal plan is for TMT guests looking to eat healthily and affordably while training at Tiger Muay Thai. TMT guests enjoy eating together at the Grill while watching camp fights, UFC, Ultimate Fighter, international MMA fights, instructional videos, and more.
The Monthly Meal Plan includes 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner) from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Guests can choose between 3 Thai main dishes, with white and brown rice, steamed or sauteed vegetables, soup, fruit and a bottle of water. Our meal plan saves the average guest 35% of their food costs over a one month period.
New at the Grill
As of March 1st of this year we are up and running with high protein dishes. Our goal is to provide guests with healthy food options for optimal training and fitness. The food at the grill now contains higher protein and fiber. Guests can choose from basic menu options, including some of the most popular Thai dishes and the new Tiger Health Menu.
Food Preparation:
Thailand is the mecca of fresh vegetable options. We are moving more towards use a combination of local and reducing imported vegetables. Our salads are topped with a combination of unique Thai greens and our vegetables are lightly steamed and still very crunchy. Raw vegetables are always an option.
Reduced Frying: where possible fresh vegetable stock is used thereby reducing the amount of oil. Salt and sugar have been drastically reduced and MSG has been completed eliminated from the kitchen. Customers control the amount of sugar and salt they consume. Our chicken is grilled not fried.
In terms of carbohydrates, only brown rice or a combination of brown and rice are used daily. Brown and red rice are both high in fiber and protein.

Extra Fiber: all vegetables and salads are sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds an added little bonus for lowering cholesterol, reducing diverticulitis, and weight loss.
Vegetarian and Vegan’s also have more options at the Grill. We have a number of customers who are not vegetarian but like the option of having vegetarian food.
Not all the fun has been taken out of the menu – you can
still get French fries made with unpeeled potatoes!
Interested in a meal plan? We believe our customers should have the same food options as all customers who come to the grill. The most popular meal plan option, which will soon be the only option, allows customers to choose any dish from the complete Tiger Grill Menu including weekly specials.
For 7,000 baht per month you can choose any food item. The meal plan options average 2 meals per day, or sixty meals per month. Should you go sightseeing or are away from the camp for a couple of days you will not miss any meals.

Tiger Platter: Green salad topped with Thai greens surrounded by ¼ cup tuna, boiled egg, bean salad and grilled chicken. For a little extra protein our fresh bean salad accompanies all salads.
The Tiger Platter is versatile and vegetarian and vegan options are available. The vegetarian dishes vary daily.
Here is a sample: grilled tofu on a bed of spinach with slightly steamed Thai fern sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds. Almonds and cashew nuts are also used on vegetarian dishes.
Tuna Sandwich and Salad: Our Tuna and Egg salad sandwiches are served on Multigrain Bread with a side salad of course topped with our signature bean salad.
Poached Dill Salmon: With steamed vegetables and mixture of brown and red rice.
Grilled Chicken (leg or breast), steamed vegetables with brown/red rice is the most popular dish especially for those who are focused on weight loss.

Based on customer feedback, the food and meal plan at the Grill now focuses on higher protein and fiber content. Guests can choose from basic menu options, including some of the most popular Thai dishes. In addition, The Grill has developed the Tiger Health Wise Menu which guarantees a minimum of 25grams of protein per meal.
Guests should aim for:
1. 4-5 servings each of fruits and vegetables daily
2. Eat whole-grain foods which are low in fat and cholesterol and high in fiber such as multi grain bread, beans, brown and red rice and whole-grain cereal which are ALL available at the Grill.
In addition to developing the Health Wise Menu, we have modified the Thai dishes. We limit the amount of oil used and only use only olive, canola, or safflower oil. MSG has been totally eliminated and salt and sugar have been reduced and in some cases omitted from dishes. Customers control the amount of sugar and salt they consume.
Vegetarian and Vegan’s now have more options at the Grill. Talk to our staff to find out the your options.
We have not taken all the fun out of the menu as you can still get French fries on occasion!
Tiger Meal Plans Options
Before opting into a meal plan, be clear as to your nutritional and training needs. Your training and fitness successes can directly relate to healthy eating. Review the menus that have been included .
If you are not sure as to your nutritional needs, consult with Peter who runs the weight lifting program. Your health is important to us.
Meal Plan Option I:
This option allows for you to choose 2 (two) meals a day from the basic menu which includes some Thai dishes and a few pasta options: cost: 6,000 baht per month. Extras like protein shakes or protein bars will be charged separately.
Meal Plan Option 2:
This option allows you to choose 2 meals a day from all of the menu options including the Tiger Work Out Menu. (cost: 7,000 baht per month) Protein Shakes or extras will be charged separately.
Should you choose Option I, and want to upgrade the cost will be prorated for month that the change is requested. Unfortunately ‘downgrading’ from Option Two to One is not possible.
Whether you choose Option 1 or 2, Chef’s Specials will be posted which will be available to meal plan holders.
Regardless of the meal plan option, once purchased there are no refunds.
Each Month TMT will host a BBQ Beatdown where an all you can eat buffet is available. Meal Plan holders, regardless of your meal plan option can forfeit one meal on that day and pay 150 Baht for the BBQ. (Regular cost – 350 baht for the BBQ)
Note: In addition to eating at the Grill, you can enjoy a number of
restaurant/bar options within walking distance from the camp.
