Tiger Grill Health Food Restaurant & Protein Bar
At Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training Camp, Phuket, Thailand we have the Tiger Grill and Protein Bar. The Tiger Grill offers a full menu of Thai and foreign food at affordable prices including a weekly and monthly meal plan program that can help you save up to 30% on your food costs.
Also included at the Tiger Grill is our protein and fruit shake bar offering a wide variety of Fruit and protein shakes and a selection of drinks to keep our guests maintaining a high amount of protein in their diet to help build muscle and lose fat.
Our goal is to provide our guests with healthy and tasty food options. To provide meal items that are designed to give our guest the choices they need to maintain a healthy and optimal diet while training at Tiger Muay Thai.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm (food orders accepted until 8:30 pm)
- Saturday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm *
* NOTE Sunday we offer a limited menu.
Food Preparation
Thailand is the mecca of fresh vegetable options. We are moving more towards use a combination of local and reducing imported vegetables. Our salads are topped with a combination of unique Thai greens and our vegetables are lightly steamed and still very crunchy. Raw vegetables are always an option.
Reduced Frying
Where possible fresh vegetable stock is used thereby reducing the amount of oil. Salt and sugar have been drastically reduced and MSG has been completed eliminated from the kitchen. Customers control the amount of sugar and salt they consume. Our chicken is grilled not fried.
In terms of carbohydrates, only brown rice or a combination of brown and rice are used daily. Brown and red rice are both high in fiber and protein.
Extra Fiber
All vegetables and salads are sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds an added little bonus for lowering cholesterol, reducing diverticulitis, and weight loss.
Vegetarian and Vegan’s also have more options at the Grill. We have a number of customers who are not vegetarian but like the option of having vegetarian food.
Not all the fun has been taken out of the menu – you can still get Pizza and French Fries made with unpeeled potatoes!
Meal Plans
As a guest of Tiger Muay Thai, we are glad to offer you the option of joining our Daily Meal Plan. We have a variety of Meal Plan options that should allow you to design the plan that works for you the best. Our meal plan allows for an average of 2 meals a day (protein shakes can be substituted for a meal). With each meal you get a small bottle of water and small mixed fruit plate.
The Meal Plan is a set number of days, and within those days you get a set number of meals. These days do not carry over past your expiry date, so if you do not use all your meals in the allotted time frame, the extra meals will be lost to you.
However if you do not feel the need to use both meals, you can choose to replace a meal with a shake or a large plate of fruit.
- Classic Meal Plan (Average 2 Meals a Day)
- 1 Week – 2,500 Baht
- 1 Month – 9,000 Baht
- 3 Months – 25,000 Baht
Note : 2 meals daily and can be used up to 6 meals per day. Each meal includes fruit and a bottle of water.
Special Dietary Needs and Restrictions
At Tiger Grill, we understand that people have special dietary needs and restrictions and we do our best to accommodate our guests with these needs. If you have any special needs or requests feel free to talk to one of our kitchen managers.

We are currently working with our resident muscle man, Peter ‘The Thai Hulk’ on designing a menu specifically for getting in shape and adding muscle mass. And a Diet Menu inspired by fitness star and personal trainer, Ocean Bloom.
