Where in the World is Stuart Cooper?

Stuart Cooper is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Professor Lucio “Lagarto” Rodrigues, Paul Hartley and Lucio Sergio Dos Santos. He has been training the art for 5 and a half years and in that time he has medaled bronze in the European Championships and also medalled Gold many time in numerous competition all over the UK. Stuart has a BJJ record of 45 wins and 9 losses and 2-0 in Amateur MMA.

Stuart has also built up a huge following in the JiuJItsu World as a famous documentary Film Maker. He has trained with the best BJJ athletes in the world picking up some very rare inside knowledge from each one of them which he uses for his own teaching.

Stuart has produced some viral highlights on ADCC and made very popular documentaries on Kron Gracie, Rickson Gracie, Kyra Gracie, Romulo Barral, Braulio Estima, Roger Gracie, Dean Lister, Andre Galvao, Nic Gregoriades, Rafael Dos Anjos, Ricardo De La Riva, Gunnar Nelson, Ryan Hall, Mario Sperry, Murilo Bustmante, Jorge Santiago, Roger Huerta, Brian Ebersole, Paul “Semtex” Daley, Fernando Maccachero, Jeff Glover, Eddie Bravo, Rafael Lovato JR, Justin Radar, Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu, Kit Dale, Kurt Osiander, Roy Dean, Keenan Cornelius, JT Torres, Marcelo Garcia, The Mendes Brothers, Rousimar “Toquinho” Palhares and many more to come this year including a 4 part ADCC 2013 Documentary featuring the very best submission grapplers in the World. ADCC is the biggest and most prestigious competition on the planet which Stuart is aiming to compete in a few years time.

This documentary was made by JP Mestanza. This was his first time in front of the camera but there were many requests from the BJJ community wanting to know more about Stuarts journey over the last 5 years and in this video you will see. The purpose of this video is also to let the audience know who he is and his aims in life and how he wants to see the sport of BJJ grow to a bigger platform which it deserves and this is why he has put so much time into these documentaries over the years.

He has recently set up a campaign on Indiegogo using the help of his BJJ following to produce over 20 documentaries on BJJ and MMA in 12 months.
