Our BEAST Strength & Conditioning class is designed to improve strength, power, agility, explosiveness and muscle endurance!

TMT’s BEAST is a strength and conditioning based class designed to improve the physical components that determine sports performance success.

Methods to improve strength, power, agility, explosiveness, muscle endurance will all be used on a daily basis and explained how they can improve your athletic performance.

This is an excellent class for people who want to learn how to build strength, muscle and efficient movement through the bodies primary movement patterns.

Participants can expect to use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, box jumps, TRX’s, slamballs and many other tools to improve all aspects of strength and conditioning.

It is recommended that participants have at least intermediate level of weight training. However, all are welcome to attend. Proper footwear is required
