Joy loves lifting heavy barbells, eating peanut butter and bacon and changing peoples lives!

Raised on a farm in New Hampshire, Joy developed a passion for fitness and adventure with a deep-seeded desire to share that passion with others. Her athletic experience began as a competitive equestrian. That athleticism transferred to many different sports in high school, which eventually led to collegiate level lacrosse.

After receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Marketing and International Business, the importance of fitness and using that ability to travel and experience the world was reinvigorated. She has since committed herself to this calling and aiding anyone with this spirit of adventure and eagerness for health.

She has currently traveled to 45 different countries; several of which she has lived and trained others. Along the way she challenged herself and experienced amazing things like climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp, walking 600km across Spain, and running three full marathons.
