With a diverse background in fitness, Lucy is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. She started training Muay Thai in Ireland, which is what initially brought her out to Thailand and fell in love with the community here.
From a young age, Lucy explored various sports, with a particular focus on Camogie, fostering a lifelong passion for movement. Lucy is also a certified yoga teacher and integrates mindfulness and flexibility into her coaching approach.
In addition to yoga, she has embraced CrossFit, discovering a newfound enthusiasm for high-intensity training. Recently, Lucy began running and is currently training for her first marathon, showcasing her commitment to continuous growth.
Lucy believes in a holistic approach to fitness, combining strength, flexibility, and endurance to empower clients on their journey.
