As the Head Fitness Coach at Tiger Muay Thai, Jay’s mission is to provide unparalleled fitness coaching to help individuals achieve their peak performance. With over five years in Thailand and four years at Tiger, Jay has had the privilege of working with world-class athletes, including UFC and ONE Championship champions.

His expertise in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and body transformation has shaped the careers of elite fighters, having guided more than 50 athletes through successful weight cuts.

Before his time at Tiger, Jay was headhunted by Six Senses Hotels, a global leader in luxury and wellness, where he managed multiple gyms, coached group classes, and implemented innovative training methods. His focus was always on transforming bodies through strength training, mobility work, and nutrition coaching.

A competitive background in bodybuilding has shaped Jay’s training approach. He ranked 6th in Great Britain’s Classic Physique division in 2018 and became the PCA Thailand National Men’s Physique Champion in 2022. These experiences allow him to deliver high-energy classes and one-on-one coaching, blending weightlifting expertise with a deep understanding of human movement and physiology
