After immediate personal training success in his hometown, Liverpool. Jay was head-hunted by Six Senses hotels (the worlds leading luxury and sustainability brand). His main focuses there included; managing multiple gyms, coaches group classes, mobility & flexibility classes, transforming bodies, implementing new training methods, and educating people on nutrition and lifestyle choices.

In 2018, Jay was ranked 6th in Great Britain in the Classic Physique division in Bodybuilding. Jay uses the skills he’s acquired daily, both in our group classes and whilst 1-2-1 coaching.

Most recently Jay became the PCA Thailand National Champion in the Men’s Physique division.

Jay thrives on assisting people on their journey. He loves to share his knowledge on weight-lifting physiology, movement patterns and nutrition.

Jay’s high-energy transfers into his scheduled classes. They’re always delivered with specific warm ups, detailed exercise selections and tailored cool downs.
