Whether you’re looking to compete or improve your fitness, our expert trainers will guide you through the same race-style training as the official HYROX competition.
Each all-levels-welcome class is a dynamic blend of high-intensity intervals that include running, rowing, sled pushing and pulling, ski erg, burpees, and more—all designed to simulate the exact movements you’ll face in a HYROX event.
