Over a two-week period, a group of nine crossfit athletes from PH Crossfit in Morisset, Australia prepared for competition at Tiger Muay Thai. Sara Gavin, owner of PH Crossfit has visited Tiger Muay Thai several times for training and holiday and thought it an excellent idea to share the experience with her clients as they prepare for competition, “Coming to another country and not having to worry about anything else but training and just being able to share this experience is why I’m here with them.”
