The reigning World and Canadian King of the Cage Champion Ryan Diaz spent the last few weeks training at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training Camp.
Ryan cross trained in the MMA and Muay Thai programs preparing for his next defense of his world MMA title.
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training camp has professional MMA fighters from UFC, WEC, KOC, Cage Rage, and many other organizations that come to the camp to cross train in MMA and Muay Thai with professional trainers in tropics of Phuket, Thailand.
