The hits keep on coming with Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp Phuket, Thailand as Marcel Gaines blasted his way to another knockout victory on Halloween night against a much bigger Thai opponent.

South Africa’s son is now 6-0 in Thailand and 13-0 all-time in his professional Muay Thai career.

The bout started slow with Gaines attempting several body shots on Jormeela Sor Sakchai, who has had over 60 professional fights. Gaines got the upper hand early with a sweep in the first round but was dropped himself in the second round. In the same round, he was caught with an elbow to the face while in the clinch which opened a cut that would later require 16 stitches.

Despite the pain, Gaines forged on with several combos in the third round – two body shots with a head shot – and seemed to wear down Jormeela.

As the fourth round bell rang, Gaines came out swinging and left nothing to chance with several strong punching combinations that ended with strong low kicks. Gaines dropped Jormeela four times, one of which came from an impressive straight kick to the face.

Gaines ended the bout with a strong right punch to the kidney that dropped Jormeela for the fifth and final time in the fourth round.
