Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Camp in Phuket, Thailand is happy to welcome BJJ Blackbelt (under Renzo Gracie) and UFC veteran Paul Creighton to the gym!

“I have heard about Tiger for a while now,” explains Creighton. “Many of my students talk about Tiger in Thailand and it’s a place I have wanted to visit for a long time. I believe that anyone who trains in MMA would love to visit Thailand and witness for themselves the Thai culture and their training.”

Creighton is a Blackbelt in many different Martial Arts discipline such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu under Ernie Boggs, Judo under Ray Snow and a Goshin Jutsu Karate under Mark Caparco. Paul is looking to focus on his boxing and Muay Thai skills while at TMT.

“I now train to keep evolving and better myself so that I can bring back everything I learn to my students back home at my academy. I have always wanted to come to Thailand to see their Thai boxing and how they train, and it is a pleasure to be training at Tiger to see all of your world class instructors training people first hand”

As a competitive wrestler in high school and college, Creighton compiled a 134-16-1 (win-loss-draw) record and was a Junior Olympic Gold Medalist. He is also a five-time National Sport Jujitsu Champion and fought BJ Penn in UFC 37.

“The camp is truly awesome. It is much bigger in person than seeing the pictures on your site. Everyone at Tiger is very humble and has great attitudes which I believe is most important when developing a great academy like Tiger.”
