With the rainy season finishing, our famous Big Buddha Run and Beach Bootcamp sessions are back on our schedule from next week!
A 4+km steep hill run, the Tuesday morning Big Buddha run session challenges and builds cardio, leg strength, and mental endurance. And as a bonus, participants are treated with amazing views along the route!
Beach Bootcamp is a very fun, yet challenging training session. Incorporating a variety of bodyweight exercises and utilising the beautiful beach environment for a unique workout, Beach Bootcamp sessions take place on Thursday mornings.
To take part in either class, please sign up in our front office office the day before, and then meet the training group at the front of Tiger Muay Thai around 7am on the morning of the session
