Shots of the “Beach Bootcamp” workout session, now back on our class schedule on Thursday mornings

This very fun, yet challenging training session, incorporates a variety of bodyweight exercises and utilizes the beautiful beach environment for a unique workout.
To take part in a Beach Bootcamp session, please sign up in our front office the day before.

The training group then meet in front of camp at 7am every Thursday, with TMT transport to the beach leaving at 7:30am. Sign up for the next session and join us!
