Staph Infection Natural Cures and Remedies

Staph infection is something you can pick up just about anywhere. Its not just something you risk by going to the gym. Most of us have this bacteria on us a lot of the time but never develop an infection without injury. Something that one can do while attending a gym or any activity really. So how can we reduce risk and treat if necessary?

WHAT IS A STAPH INFECTION

Staphylococcus bacteria is actually very common. It’s so common that you likely have it on your skin  right now. No need to worry, this is as i said quite common. In fact staphylococcus bacteria are rarely noticed nor cause infection most of the time, and when they do its usually very minor. This is why you rarely hear about staph infections unless you are involved in some activity that may lead to injury, cuts, scrapes, and so on. You most often hear about it in gyms because lets face it, gyms can be a great place of physical strength but there are moments when we have all been injured. This can occur when you drop a weight on your thumb, spar a little too hard, hit a bag and graze your skin.

It used to be that staph infections were no big deal. You get a staph infection, you go to the hospital and they give you some antibiotics and that was the end of that. Now these bacteria have become resistant to antibiotics and are becoming more troublesome. More so with staph because a simple infection can get quite serious very fast if left untreated. Staph infection on the skin is one thing, but in the blood, bone or lungs can prove very fatal.
