What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and how can it be treated?
To date there is no single test to decide if you have chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Though it has been referred to as a disabling and restless fatigue lasting a minimum of six months. As mentioned above, many scientists are not certain about the root cause of chronic fatigue syndrome. However there are many studies that point to the connection of one or more types of inflammation; systemic, gut, whole-body, or brain.
