Tiger Muay Thai has recently added 2 more option to its roster of fitness, strength & conditioning and weight-loss oriented classes at Tiger Muay Thai.


Combat Conditioning

Combat Conditioning is a new fitness class and has become very popular in such a short time. Combat Conditioning is a world class performance enhancement program designed for competitive fighters and athletes. The goal of this class is to prepare the participants for the physical demands that combat sports (MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling, and Western Boxing) place upon its athletes.

This high paced and high intensity class is for athletes with an advanced level of fitness and training.

The class is ran by Coach Woody and Coach John Priest who have been training our various MMA and Muay Thai fighters on top of other high level athletes.


Olympic Weightlifting

The Olympic Weightlifting Class focuses upon enhancing the understanding and performance of two major Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. In this class, participants will learn the proper technique of these lifts, as well as build tremendous power, strength, and speed.

The class also goes through proper strength and power training level relevant to Olympic lifting. It is recommended that participants have an intermediate level of weight training. However, all are welcome to attend. Check out
