Q: What type of fitness level do I need to train?

Adjusting to Thailand’s climate will take a few days to a week. Your level of fitness will gradually increase the more you train, so there is no need to worry about whether you are in good enough shape or not. Our trainers allow you to work at your own pace while helping you increase your endurance and stamina at each session.

Many of our guests have no experience in Muay Thai or MMA, and some have been fighting for years. Our training programs have been designed to suit everyone who comes to train with us.
