Peter aka "Thai Hulk"

Tiger Muay Thai has weight-lifting and nutrition / diet coach Peter of the Thai Body Building Association and professional body builder and nutrition counselor. Peter trains and competes in competitions like Toyota's Strongman, Mr. Thailand, and even international arm wrestling competitions and is a certified personal trainer.

Peter conducts diet, nutrition, and lifting classes each day (See schedule posted at TMT Message Board @ camp) Peter trains with guests in our weight-lifting program and can create a weight-lifting plan, diet plan,or nutritional and supplement advice for all our guests.

TMT believes in eating healthy foods that are valuable for good training including plenty of fresh fruits and raw foods good for cleansing your sytem of toxins and allowing your body to better absorb the vitamins and supplemnts you eat.

The Tiger Grill also offers a wide range of protein shakes, supplement drinks, vitamins and minerals, and general supplements like Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA (Amino Acids), Hydroxycut, Gorilla Juice and weight-gainer.
