Train Traditional Boxing at Tiger Muay Thai & MMA

Work on your footwork, head movement, punching mechanics, counters, combinations and more in our Boxing Classes

Tiger Muay Thai offers classes in western “Marquess of Queensberry rules” boxing every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 4pm and 6.30pm. All ability levels are welcomed in these classes, which are taught by a highly qualified team of trainers: Chokchai (OBPF and Thai national champion), Komrit (3 x PABA champion), Songkram (WBA and PABA champion) and Chana (2 x WBC champion).

Every aspect of boxing technique is covered in these classes: footwork, head movement, punching mechanics, counters, combinations and more. Training methods used include shadow boxing, sparring, mitt work, bag work and combination drills.

Many guests who compete in MMA or Muay Thai also choose to take part in the western boxing classes to focus on improving their punching ability, which is an important tool in both sports.
