This class will teach you proper technique and improve your strength, power, quickness, agility, stamina and muscle endurance

The strength and conditioning fundamentals class is designed to improve the physical components that contribute to athletic success.

Methods to improve strength, power, quickness, agility, stamina and muscle endurance will all used on a daily basis and explained how and why they are to be utilized in a strength and conditioning program and how they can improve your athletic performance.

The class is run by John Priest and Andrew Wood. With a combined 20 years experience, John and Andrew offer veteran knowledge in the field of athletic training, both with a focus on high level athletic training and performance enhancement.

Proper instruction in the fields of Strengths and Conditioning is extremely important to prevent injury as well as refining skills and ability. Taking advantage and expertise of our coaching staff, we wanted to offer and extremely high level of instruction– John Priest

It is recommended that participants have at least an intermediate level of weight training experience. However, all are welcome to participate. Proper footwear is required.
