Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi/No-Gi Class at Tiger Muay Thai

Classes are conducted under the supervision of 4th degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Fernando Maccachero. The classes are open to anyone regardless of skill level. The techniques taught will focus primarily on the novice to intermediate grappler.

These classes is perfect for anyone looking to grasp a general understanding of ‘ground fighting’ while discovering the sports of submission grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Class will consist of a warm up, cardio training, technical training, sparring, and cool down.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday (9:00 a.m. class) the Gi is optional and for those advanced students who want to work more on the technical aspects of their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu game. Most of the students train without the gi these days.

Tuesday and Thursdays (9:00 a.m. class) is Gi only and Gi is mandatory.
