PACKAGE ONE: 7 DAY FULL FAST PROGRAM (not including accommodation)

002This program involves totally abstaining from foods for a period of 7 days, bowel cleansing products will be consumed as a replacement for meals and used to absorb toxins from the body and prevent hunger pains.

Nutritional supplements will be provided to replenish the system with vital nutrients and spirulina will be used to replenish protein levels. The program includes two colonics daily to eliminate toxins at an accelerated speed and a one hour massage of your choice is provided.

Package includes 14 classes per week (including nutrition talk, Chinese medicine talk, meditation, tai chi, yoga, yoga-lates), daily steam sauna, night market trip, daily beach shuttle(12-2)and use of all facilities including swimming pool, free wi-fi and full use of new gym.

Private holistic therapies are available upon request.

PACKAGE TWO: 7 DAY BOXERS DETOX PROGRAM (not including accommodation)

033This program was developed for people who wish to do a milder cleanse and may choose to train through the process.

It contains the same products as the full program but less cleansing drinks and supplements. As this program is less intense, it is only necessary to do one colonic per day on this program.

Daily massage has been removed from the program to make it more cost effective but all of the group activities and facilities are still included along with an extra energy boosting juice and of course daily liver flush and probiotics during and after your cleanse.
