Puud (10+ year veteran Muay Thai Instructor)

Mr Puttinaan Boonrong aka “Puud” started fighting at the later age of 17-years old and has fought only 84 times winning 54 and losing 30 and winning 2 stadium titles in his home town of Nakorn Ratchasima province.

Puud turned to working in the gym and training other Thai fighters at an early age and comes to Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp with more than 10+ years teaching experience with some of the better Thai gyms in Northern Thailand and Bangkok.

From the Sor Wererakul Camp, under Sitbang Phajon, Puud is an excellent instructor in Muay thai and pad holder having worked in that position holding pads for champion fighters at Lumpinee and Rajadamnoen stadiums in Bangkok.

Puud, Englsih needs some work, but he has a way of teaching by showing that guest like and his pad work is nearly 2nd to none as he likes to push guests and believes wholly in Tiger Muay Thai’s motto

“If you want to fight like a Thai….then train like a Thai!”
