Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp will be introducing a 1 hour “Boot Camp” style fitness course/class each morning from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m (Monday-Saturday) that will concentrate on a variety of fitness (aerobic and anaerobic) training with fitness instructor concentrating on weight-loss and endurance using a variety of techniques for an early morning workout before the Muay Thai and MMA training sessions begin.

Classes will begin the 2nd week of August.
