Tiger Muay Thai MMA guest loses 22KG in first month of year long weight-loss goal!
Setting long term goals and following through with short term goals: that is what James, a guest at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp in Phuket, Thailand has set upon himself: Long-term and short term goals.
The first update on his short tem goals is an amazing loss of 22kg in his first month of training at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA. James has mixed his training. Not concentrating strictly on Muay Thai, but going to TMT’s bodyfit Boot camp class and the grueling workouts in that class and mixing in a Muay Thai, MMA / BJJ and weightlifting with the “Thai Hulk” in our nutrition and weight-lifting program. James has also followed a nutrition-based smart diet filled with protein, healthy carbs, and low saturated fats.
James has committed himself for one-year and losing 100 kg to improve his lifestyle and forever make a change for himself.
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA staff are all behind James in helping him reach his goal.
