Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests in afternoon training sesssion Feb 2010
Guests begin with stretching to prevent injury and then work into an hour of Muay Thai technique training.
After Muay Thai technique training, guests begin work on a variety of skills including bag work, one-on-one pad work with trainers, sparring, clinch work, sprints, and other exercises for a 2.5 – 3.0 workout session.
