UFC Veteran and Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket fighter Dorian Price will be replacing Ky Hollenbeck in the 4-man tournament scheduled for the WCK Muay Thai’s “Matter of Pride” event in the Philippines, being promoted by Dennis Warner.

Price will replace Hollenbeck who will still be fighting on the card, however, he is now expected to meet a soon to be named opponent from China in a super fight.

Originally competing in Muay Thai, Dorian Price transitioned into MMA because of the lack of sanctioned Muay Thai fights in the USA. Looking to further his career he moved to Thailand and is now a member of the Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket competition team.

This bout with be under ‘Sanda’ rules, which excludes elbows–but expands the ability of legal takedowns and allows for 10 seconds of GNP on the ground.

Dorian will be representing the United States in the tournament against Cao Yao Ming of China, Dennis Padua of the Philippines, and Michael Badato of Australia.

The event is scheduled to take place at World Resort in Manila, Philippines on June 25th.
