Newly promoted BJJ Purple Belt Wiktor Svennson heads to Singapore to fight for ESPN

Congratulations to Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand assistant Instructor Wiktor Svennson on his recent promotion to BJJ Purple Belt under Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket head Black Belt Instructor Ray Elbe.

Wiktor has spent the last 3 years at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket Thailand and was promoted to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt in Oct of 2008 by Professor Tony Eduardo Lima and Ray Elbe.

With over 6 years of grappling experience he is off to an impressive start to his Professional MMA career going 2-0 in his first two fights. His most recent win came in May when he beat M-1 Challenge veteran Seung Hyun Choi for Martial Combat in an event that was televised on ESPN Star Sports in 24 countries to a broadcast of over 310 million homes.

After such an impressive performance he has been brought back and will face Chris Moore of the Fairtex Mountain View California, USA Academy on Sept. 15th.
