<p>Phil will be concentrating on his Muay Thai with some of Tiger Muay Thai&#8217;s best Muay Thai trainers and conditioning with Peter &#8220;The Hulk.&#8221;</p>
<p>Phil will also be hosting Nevertap Asia 2 Submission Grapping Tournamnet at Tiger Muay Thai on March 27, 2010.</p>

When the legendary Yogi and Buddhist sage Bodhidharma AKA Tamo, was wandering China after leaving his life as an Indian prince, to become a yogi.  Here he found the Shaolin temple.  He taught them the Yogic arts what came to be the linage of the Shaolin, who used this knowledge to explore their potential, and develop the Shaolin arts.</p>

<p>Aim:To Train advanced martial artists and yoga practitioners a unique system of yoga, designed for martial artists, in order to teach.</p>

<p>What warrior yoga brings to the practitioner: Inner calm, excellent balance both physical and mental.  Fantastic flexibility and strength both internal and external.  Increases healing rate.  Through breath control endurance is heightened a great amount.  A work out that can be done anywhere, needing no props or gimmicks. Lastly a philosophy of life that leads to greater awareness, and  a way to explore ones spirituality in one own authentic manner.</p>

<p>On the top of the list was Ritt, Robin, and Thalayhoad, all whom scored KO&#8217;s in theor Muay thai fights.</p>
<p>Thalayhoad scored a beautiful 1st round KO with a devastating leg kick.</p>
<p>Teddy stepped up for fight on short notice after his opponent from a local gym failed to show and went a full 5-rounds losing on points. Teddy looked good going all five rounds and made the fight much closer than anticipated against his opponent.</p>
<p>Sebastian lost a 5-round decision in a hard fight showing great conditioning and a will to fight.</p>
