How-to-Treat-Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome

What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and how can it be treated?

To date there is no single test to decide if you have chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Though it has been referred to as a disabling and restless fatigue lasting a minimum of six months. Many are on the fence about the overall cause of chronic fatigue syndrome, but most agree with its most crippling major symptoms.

SYMPTOMS OF CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

  • sore Throat
  • enlarged lymph nodes in the armpits and neck
  • loss of memory or concentraion
  • pain that moves from one joint to another without swelling or redness
  • waking from sleep and not feeling refreshed
  • extreme exhaustion more than 24 hours after physical or mental exercise
  • headache of a new type, pattern or severity

OTHER SYMPTOMS MAY INCLUDE

As mentioned above, many scientists are not certain about the root cause of chronic fatigue syndrome. However there are many studies that point to the connection of one or more types of inflammation; systemic, gut, whole-body, or brain.

Since 2012 there has been just as many studies debunking the link to retrovirus as there are those linking to chronic fatigue syndrome. Despite this rift in the scientific community, all agree that symptoms of inflammation are rather consistent in all the patients studied. There has also been a good amount of information pointing to blood immune markers that mimicked irritable bowel syndrome.

REDUCE INFLAMMATION AND YOUR REDUCE THE SYMPTOMS OF CHRONIC FATIGUE

This information would lead one to suspect there is an imbalance of the inner ecosystem. The inner ecosystem has a delicate balance of good and bad microbes. When the gut has fewer healthy microbes the lining of the gut becomes inflamed. This allows yeasts like candida to cause all sorts of damage to our insides and can also result in a condition referred to as leaky gut. One of the first and most classic signs of chronic fatigue is often anxiety which is influenced by the stress caused in the digestive system.

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC FATIGUE

First thing I recommend is to seal the gut. This is enforced by professors a the clinical research center for mental health. Vital nutrients like glutamine can help seal the gut from leaking. Then it is advisable to repopulate the lost microbes or probiotics back into the inner ecosystem of our digestive system. The best probiotics come from living foods rather than supplements.
