Advanced Body Fit Conditioning Program from 8:30 a.m – 9:30 a.m.

Body Fit ProgramBecause of the increased popularity, the Boot Camp program has been expanded into a “Body Conditioning program by head instructor Randy Hale.

The Body Fit program is designed for Advanced guests and trains the body more specifically for Muay Thai and MMA strength conditioning.

Have you ever wanted that 6-pack of abs, or toning other parts of your body.

Now you can join in the one-hour program that specifically works on toning and body conditioning in a brutal workout that will test the limits of your body and push you to achieve your fitness and conditioning goals.

The Body Fit Conditioning program will only be given for 10 people on a one-month program so now is the best time to take advantage and make the best of the training.
