We are currently working with our Camp’s dietitian to produce a weight loss menu that will provide you with the right food and fuel that can see all our guests drop the necessary weight they are looking for, regardless of their requirements.

Our dietitian is available for consultations to guide you through our menu so that all of that hard training matches your diet to ensure you get the best results.

We love and respect our culinary brethren up and down the Soi (street) we share at Tiger. However, there are some things you need to know: Ninety percent of all restaurants near Tiger use tropical palm oils (high in saturated fats), sugar or palm sugar and MSG. It’s your temple, eat right!

Hydrate, Baby, Hydrate

If this is your first time to South East Asia, be prepared for tropical humidity and heat. It’s not that bad and you will adjust quickly. Remember that airplanes and traveling are hard on your system especially when it comes to being hydrated. Make sure you are consuming at least 4 to 5 liters a day and start as soon as you get off the plane.

Protein Shakes, Smoothies & Fresh Organic Juices

Both protein shakes and smoothies are available with our super food supplements. Protein shakes are great ways to kick start your recovery process after a workout to reduce the likelihood of muscle soreness and maintain/build muscle.

If you ordered our highly popular grilled chicken (choice of balsamic-Rosemary or Citrus marinated) with steamed veggies and brown rice, you would have consumed ten different fruits and vegetables in one meal.
