Tiger Muay Thai alumni Marcos Oliveira gets set to win the Abu Dhabi Fighting Championships MMA Tournament.

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket alumni Marcos Oliveira hasn’t lost an MMA fight since 2005 and is looking to continue that streak Friday, March 11th when he faces Russian Power house Shamil Abdurahimov in the finals of the Abu Dhabi Fighting Championships Heavyweight Tournament.

Oliveira already a World Champion Grappler with notable titles including; World Champion USA 2009, Pan American champion & Arnold World Classic champion USA, came to Tiger Muay Thai to focus on his Muay Thai in preparation for Shamil. While he was here he conducted a free grappling seminar for the guest of Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket.

Feeling that the coaching he was receiving under Kru Yod was World Class, Marcos hired Kru Yod to run the striking portion of his training camp back at the Abu Dhabi Combat Club facility (UAE) leading up to his Championship fight. Yod has spent the last 6 weeks overseeing Marcos’s daily striking regiment.

The winner of this bout will be awarded 1,000,000 Dirhams ($270,000) and the ADFC Title. With Notable wins against UFC Vets Neil Wain and Kevin Jordan, stopping Shamil Abdurahimov after witnessing him defeat Jeff Monson and Rameau Thjerry Sojoudjou should put him in the mix for a call from the UFC.

Tiger Muay Thai Alumni and World BJJ Champion Alberto Crane returns to KOTC

Alberto Crane is a former Light Weight World Champion for the King Of The Cage Organization, who after a brief run in the UFC is looking to capture his belt once again.

A World Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Alberto Crane is currently 13-5 in MMA with his last win being an Impressive International win via foot lock submission.

Having spent time training at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand while vacationing in Phuket, Thailand for his honeymoon, Alberto Crane conducted a free seminar for the guest of Tiger Muay Thai, and worked his standup with several of the world champion trainers at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket.

Ngoo Ditty of Tiger Muay Thai set to fight in Malaysia’s first ever sanctioned MMA bout

Current BBQ Beatdown Champion Featherweight Champion Ngoo Ditty will look to continue his winning ways as he heads to Malaysia to compete in the countries first ever professional MMA bout.

Ngoo a veteran of Martial Combat and the Art Of War Fighting Championships is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt and has a professional MMA record of 2-3. Competing as an amateur however Ngoo has an impressive 12-2 record.

A veteran of over 150 Muay Thai fights, Ngoo will face WMC Champion Abbas Ahmadi, who lost a 5 round decision in Muay Thai to TMT instructor ‘Kru Ritt’ earlier last year.

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket Dominates Bangkok Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Festival

Taking a team of 9 competitors to the Bangkok Blue and White Belt Festival held in Bangkok Team MMA Phuket fighting out of Tiger Muay Thai captured 6 different medals. The event was held at the EMAC training facility and was promoted by Khun Nitti.

Visiting academies included EMAC, BKK BJJ, TMT, 3 Monkees, and Fairtex Banglapee. It was nice to see the schools pioneering Brazilian Jiu JItsu in the Kingdom of Thailand to share an afternoon of competitive matches and friendship building.

American Top Team Black Belt Adam Kayoom, joined TMT’s head Coach Ray Elbe as the overseeing professors, while notable regional grapplers Bobby Gerrits, Mark Simmerman, and Eric Gerber joined Khun Nitti, Anuwat and Andrew Gardineer to help coach the competitors from the sidelines.

Ocean Bloom is a big deal in the fitness community, and Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand is thrilled to announce that she is going to be instructing out of the facility until May 2011.

Known worldwide for being an exceptionally versatile athlete she has earned professional titles in Fitness, Figure, Fitness Model, and Muscle Modeling.

Working as a fitness life coach she has traveled the world sharing her knowledge of the integration of fitness, nutrition, meditation and behavioral changes needed to keep her clients empowered enough to define and reach their personal goals, both physcial and psychological.

Ocean’s Passions, include nearly 25 years of experience in theater, film, dance, yoga, gymnastics, martial arts, and over 12 years as a fitness competitor and model.

Ocean’s has been featured in and appeared on the covers of numerous fitness and lifestyle magazines including: Impact, Oxygen, Status Fitness, Body Talk, Flex, American Curves, Ironman, Musclemag, FAME Fitness and Lifestyle, and Natural Bodybuilding Magazine.
