Tiger Muay Thai and MMA fighters go 3-0 in amatuer MMA fights @ 2009 FBT Grappling Games
After taking 2nd place in the all-around (No Gi) competition at the 2009 FBT Bangkok Grappling Games, Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand sponsored 3 amateur MMA fights for the enetertainment of all the competitors of the tournament in Bangkok.
1. Tobia Seifert (Switzerland) vs Gabriel Huang (Singapore) Amateur MMA in Bangkok Thailand.
Tobia won his fight via armbar in round 2 as he showed he has grappling skills in his MMA game.
2. Tea Ferasse (China) Vs. Ricky Musgrave (USA) Amateur MMA fight in BKK Thailand
Ricky wins a unanimous decision working his ground game hard obtainging good position and striking from the top. Excellent fight.
3. Ngoo Ditty (Thailand) vs Xavier Mahdavian (Canada ) Amateur MMA 2009
In a rematch of last years closely contested fight, Ngoo Ditty rematches Xavier Mahdavian. Ngoo shows what one-year of working and training in the MMA program can do as he dominates the fight from beginning to end.

Tiger Muay Thai goes 3-2 over two nights in Patong, Phuket, Thailand
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp fighters in Phuket, Thailand racked up a 3-2 record over two nights in Patong on September 21 and 24 at Patong Muay Thai Stadium.
Kathleen won her fight by KO in the 3rd round. She showed good technique her hard training gave her the edge bfore she even stepped in the ring.
Yodbuaphet won his fight on points and continues to improve as a fight. Ritt ost his fight in 4th round suffering a shoulder injury.
Mark had his best fight for Tiger Myat Thai to date as he fought a pitched battle for 5 rounds before catching his opponent with the elbow KO fo the win.
Mark is in great shape taking private lessons and working hard on his technique and proper fighting skills. Great fight Marl.
Robert Lek returned to ring in a rematch losing a close fight on points. Look for the grudge match sometime in next two months.
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp has a large schedule of fights coming up in the next month.

Team Tiger BJJ takes 2nd Place all-around (No Gi) @ FBT 2009 Grappling Games
Team Tiger Muay Thai / Bjj headed by coach Ray Elbe captured 2nd place in the all-around No Gi competition at the FBT 2009 Bangkok Submission Grappling Games on September 19-20, 2009.

Simgmanee looks to make his mark on history of Muay Thai with another defense @ Rajadamnerm
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand fighter / trainer Singmanee continues his dominance with his 7th consecutive title defense of his Rajadamnern Muay Thai Championship Title with a 3rd round KO over the #5 contender at Rajadamnern Stadium, Bangkok, Thailand, on September 19, 2009.
Singmanee didn’t take long to wear his opponent down with leg kicks before opening up with combinations to the body and head which finally took their toll as his opponent dropped to the canvas.

TMT fighter Cyrus Washington heads to Australia for 2nd MMA fight, Sept 26, 2009
Muay Thai champion Cyrus Washington, a veteran of both the Queen and King’s Cup Muay Thai events held in Bangkok will be heading to Brisbane Australia this weekend to compete in his second MMA fight.
Last year Cyrus stepped up on short notice and lost a close Dec. in Russia during his MMA debut. This time he will be stepping up as a last minute replacement to fight Rod McSwain of New Zealand.
Cyrus will be the main event for the Rize MMA promotion and if he can pull off the upset victory will be brought back in Dec to compete for the 170lbs championship belt.

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA fighters head to 2009 FBT Grappling games
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp MMA program guests and trainers headed off to to the 2009 FBT Bangkok Grappling games on September 19-20 featuring one day of Gi Competition and one day of No Gi competition.
Tiger Muay Thai’s MMA program (MMA Phuket) will also be featuring as a bonus event for the competition and guests 3 MMA fights with the main eventbeing TMT’s own Ngoo Ditty coached by MMA coach Ray Elbe and Andreas Hesselback.
Good Luck to all the training camp grapplers o bring back the GOLD.

TMT MMA fighters headline MMA fight card in Taiwan
Following the impressive International win by TMT fighter Claire Haigh in Australia, the MMA team is back on the road Oct. 9th.
Andreas Hesselback will be facing undefeated prospect Demetri Telfair of Taiwan BJJ in the main event, while Wiktor Svennson squares off against Judo Black Belt Geal Dur in one of the events showcased bouts.September 16th, 2009

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA fighter Claire Haigh defeats Angie Parr at Cage Wars by RNC
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA fighter Claire Haigh defeats Angie Parr in the 2nd round by RNC (Rear Naked Choke) in the main event @ Cage Wars, Brisbane, Australia, September 12, 2009.
Initial reports have the fight as stand-up in the first round with Angie catching Claire with a knockdown. Claire came back in the 2nd round taking Angie to the mat and securing her back and submitting her with a RNC for the win.
Congratulations to Head coach Ray Elbe for supplying excellent training to prepare Claire for her fight in her MMA debut.
