Tiger Muay Thai Fighters on Card at Patong Muay Thai Stadium Feb 5th

fight-poster-feb-5-2009-phuket-thailandTiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp fighters take up half the card at Patong on Feb 5, 2009 as WMC World Champion Berneung, fighter / trainer at TMT, Yohan (Sweden), and Laura (U.K.) take to the Muay Thai ring.

Berneung will be leaving next week for Russia for a K1 fight and Yohan and Laura return to the ring after rehabbing nagging injuries.

Danny (USA) (Scheduled to fight) has been rescheduled for a later date.

Tiger May Thai goes 2-1; Felipe wins Championship w/ KO uppercut

TMT Fighter wins Muay Thai TitleTiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp went 2-1 at Patong Stadium on February 2nd, 2009 as Khanit and Felipe scored wins, and Tanwa lost on points.

Khanit moved his record to 10-0 for TMT and will be looking for a shot at the Patong Championship in his next fight.

Felipe Enemoto, a MMA and Muay Thai fighter, scored a first round KO to win the WPMO Men’s Muay Thai championship with a huge uppercut KO of the #1 ranked fighter at Patong.

TMT celebrates win at patong StadiumFelipe and his brother Yasnbey are at TMT to compete in the Nevertap Asia tournament.

Both fighters prepare for title fights in the World Cage Fighting Championships next month cross training at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA in the Advanced Muay thai and MMA training programs.

Tiger Goes 3-0 at Bangla Stadium; Claire wins WPMO Womens Title over Sinbi fighter

Claire wins WPMO ChampionshipIt was a great evening of fights for Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp fighters as we went 3-0 with Claire winning the Women’s WPMO Championship belt over Sinbi fighter Nicola on points.

It was a good fight and a tough first two rounds before Claire began to dominate in the clinch and show her technique and stamina.

Knee strike from clinchRitt and Robert Lek continued their winning streaks as Ritt scored a KO in the 2nd round and Robert Lek defeated tough veteran Yoksiam on TKO on points scoring with solid clich work and superior technique.

Ritt looked good with his KO scoring a hard kick to the ribs dropping his opponent in the corner.

TMT puts three fighters on card @ Bangla Stadium Jan 30, 2009; Claire fights for WPMO Title

Claire, fighting for the WPMO Women’s Championship against Nathalie fron Sinbi, and Robert Lek and Ritt taking on local Thai circuit fighters.

Tiger Muay Thai goes 2-1 @ Bangla; Khanit wins Bangla Championship

Will scores big Muay Thai head kickTiger Muay Thai and MMA Training Camp fighter went 2-1 at Bangla Muay Thai stadium as Andy and Khanit scored points wins with khanit, Tiger Muay Thai trainer / fighter win the Bangla Championship belt, and Will lost his firstMuay thai fight on points over 5-rounds.

Khanit wins Bangla TitleWill scored big early in the fight almost scoring a KO with a head kick, but the far more experienced Thai fighter saved his energy for the final rounds and took the fight on points. Andy fought a great fight going hard all 5-round taking the fight to his opponent ” Bangkok Rules” style and winning the judges decision.

Khanit continued his win streak and added the Bangla Championship belt to his record as he beat the current champion over 5-round in the “fight of the night.” Both fighters went toe-to-toe for five rounds but it was Khanit that showed the better conditioning, and also weighed less than his opponent.
