Tiger Muay Thai offers our guests a restaurant @ the training camp: Tiger Grill. The Tiger Grill offers a menu of items of both Thai and Foreign Food and a choice of healthy meals for guests losing weight, getting fit, and eating plenty of protein and carbs for training 2-times per day.

TMT believes in eating healthy foods that are valuable for good training including plenty of fresh fruits and raw foods good for cleansing your sytem of toxins and allowing your body to better absorb the vitamins and supplemnts you eat.

The Tiger Grill also offers a wide range of protein shakes, supplement drinks, vitamins and minerals, and general supplements like Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA (Amino Acids), Hydroxycut, Gorilla Juice and weight-gainer.

Each month on the "Full Moon BBQ Party" Tiger Muay Thai offers a BBQ and Smoker Fights exhibition at the camp for our guests.

The day starts off with a morning Muay Thai training session @ Nai Harn Beach. Later that day we will have a guests vs trainers football or Takraw (Thai Sport), or Basketball game, and then that night we will have BBQ with karoke, exhibitions fights and all you can eat and drink BBQ.
