MMA Training Program + Schedule

Learn MMA submission holds, guard position, mount position, locks, sweeps, takedowns, throws, escapes, and reverses that are the staple of good Jiu Jitsu. We have training sessions for beginners and advanced Mixed Martial Arts fighters. Basic Submission grappling and MMA training in morning session and Advanced training in the afternoon. Our MMA trainers are experienced fighters and trainers from professional organizations like UFC; Pride; Cage Rage, King of the Cage and others

Monday - Saturday

Mornings: 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Basic MMA / Submission Grappling

Afternoon: 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Advanced MMA / Submission Grappling

MMA Training program includes conditioning program with weight-lifting and group beach workouts. Training sessions include technique, drills, conditioning, rolling / wrestling / sparring.
